Assistant Quantity Surveyor Required – Enfield, London – Up to £40,000 + Package

Invision are currently representing a £50 Million Turnover Contractor who is seeking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist a Commercial Manager on London-based projects. My client operates throughout the Commercial Office, Retail, Education, Healthcare, and Hospitality sectors. Project values are up to £5 million per project. Over the years, the company has expanded to provide a full range of multi-disciplinary building refurbishment, fit-out, and maintenance services to the public sector and to a broad range of commercial, industrial, leisure, and healthcare sector clients.

Key Duties:

1. Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
2. Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations
3. Assist with the day-to-day commercial management of live projects
4. Help prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified or 2/3 years experience
• Eager to progress their career
