Virtual Hire Staffing is partnering with a PQS consultancy in Ellesmere Port to hire a graduate or junior Quantity Surveyor. You’ll work across refurbishment projects for hospitality operators with growing exposure to airports, hotels and housing.

This client-facing role involves dealing with contractors and clients and supporting travel to regional sites as needed. They offer hands-on exposure from day one, with support toward RICS chartership and flexible working including a mix of office,

Job Summary

Are you a graduate or junior QS looking to build your career with a business that's genuinely thriving?

We're recruiting on behalf of an established PQS consultancy based in Ellesmere Port, currently experiencing significant growth thanks to a strong and growing client base in the hospitality sector.

Great role to join a small, close-knit team where you'll get real hands-on exposure and support from day one.You'll be working across a busy pipeline of refurbishment projects for well-known hospitality operators, with the business also expanding into airports, hotels, and housing, so there's plenty of variety on the horizon too.

This is a client-facing role, so you'll be dealing directly with contractors and clients, gaining valuable commercial experience early in your career. They're ideally looking to speak with a graduate or junior QS at assistant or post-graduate level. PQS, employer's agent, or client-side experience is a bonus but not essential and you don't need to be chartered yet. Working towards RICS qualification is fine, with full support provided through to chartership. A full UK driving licence is required, as the role involves regional site travel when required.
