Job summary

Foster & May in Birmingham is seeking an intelligent Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing construction consultancy. You will support the QS team on a wide range of projects across industrial, logistics, residential and commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will complete cost plans, prepare and issue tender documents and final accounts, and benefit from APC support, hybrid working, pension and healthcare, with a clear path to become a Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• APC focused.
• PQS consultancy experience.
• Car and driver's license.
• Pre and post contract knowledge.
• 1-3 years PQS experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost plans, preparing and issuing tender documents and final accounts.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive team of Quantity Surveyors on a wide rage of projects across sectors such as industrial and logistics, residential and commercial.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will help support the QS team by carrying out cost plans, preparing and issuing tender documents and final accounts.
