Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing materials and suppliers.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to monitor and manage project costs.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts and subcontractor agreements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurement of works.
• Prepare financial reports and project progress summaries.
