KT Healthcare in Chichester, West Sussex is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as an Assistant Psychologist / Rehabilitation Assistant. The role combines office-based work on the autism pathway with face-to-face brain injury rehabilitation support in clients' homes across Hampshire and West Sussex.

You will help clients develop independence and work toward meaningful goals, under the supervision of our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Psychology graduate with a degree accredited by the BPS.
• Experience supporting people or clients is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable, trustworthy and professional.
• Comfortable working 1:1 in clients homes.
• Willingness to pursue clinical training in future.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to clients in homes and communities.
• Help clients develop independence in daily activities.
• Assist rehabilitation programmes created by the clinical team.
• Keep accurate records and provide feedback to the clinical team.
• Support administrative tasks from the Chichester office.
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists and other professionals.
