Job summary

Keys Group is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to support therapists in delivering trauma‑informed care for children and young people across homes in the region. The role focuses on CPD, research, and embedding the Keys Connect model.

You will work with qualified clinicians, engage in supervision, and contribute to high‑quality care within our clinical team, with regional travel and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology or equivalent/related field.
• DBS disclosure may be required.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and recording information correctly.

Responsibilities

• Support the assessment and therapeutic care of children and young people under supervision.
• Assist with psychometric assessments and development of resources.
• Contribute to service development and multidisciplinary work.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and professional development.
• Apply evidence-based practice and maintain confidentiality.
• Travel as required and complete administrative duties.
