Job summary

United Utilities is looking for a proactive and organized individual to support the Operational Property Surveyor across our urban and operational property portfolio in Warrington. You will manage your own caseload and provide clear, professional advice to internal teams, external stakeholders and third parties.

In this hybrid, full-time role you will assist with rent reviews, lease renewals, property inspections and liaison with stakeholders, helping maximise rental income while ensuring

Qualifications

• A relevant surveying degree is required.
• Candidates ideally working towards APC (RICS) accreditation.
• Strong understanding of the property market, preferably with experience of United Utilities' working practices.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members on major property projects and contribute to successful outcomes.
• Provide a professional property service to internal teams and the wider public.
• Proactively manage your own caseload with timely resolution of property matters.
• Represent the Operational Property team in EPLA responses.
• Maximise rental income by monitoring, negotiating and implementing rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Conduct inspections of tenanted land, including residential properties, to ensure lease compliance.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment with strong communication skills.
