Triumph Consultants Ltd in Cheshire West and Chester is seeking a Senior Property Management Surveyor to lead estate and asset management across a diverse portfolio. The role includes rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, valuations, acquisitions, disposals and landlord/tenant matters.

The position is part-time, hybrid (home-based with travel to offices and sites within the area). A property-related degree and RICS qualification are preferred, with strong communication and stakeholder

Qualificações

• Degree-level qualification, preferably property related.
• RICS qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Extensive property management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of RICS guidance and relevant legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on estate and asset management, including rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, valuations, acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, wayleaves, access licences and boundary issues.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, health and safety, EPC requirements and occupational liabilities.
• Provide professional advice on property matters and interpret title and lease documents.
• Support valuations and asset registers and contribute to property-related decision making.
