Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager in Letchworth to join a well-established estate agency. You will support the Property Manager with day-to-day residential property management and ensure landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.

• Previous property management or estate agency experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential lettings processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of property regulations, or willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day management of residential properties.
• Handle tenant enquiries professionally.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Arrange maintenance, repairs and contractor visits.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve issues.
• Maintain property records and documentation.
• Prepare inspection reports and follow up on issues.
• Support renewals and rent reviews.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
• Provide high-quality customer service face-to-face, by phone and by email.
• Carry out property visits and inspections when required.
