Qualifications

• Prior real estate, leasing or property management experience.
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required.
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable car.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of a residential portfolio.
• Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Follow up rental arrears.
• Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
• General property management administration and team support.
