The Role:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our Estate Management team, ensuring our residents receive top-notch service while our properties run smoothly. You’ll handle everything from day-to-day communication with residents to overseeing maintenance issues and keeping our systems in order.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Service Be the first point of contact for residents, handling queries, resolving issues, and keeping communication clear, friendly, and professional.
Data Management: Keep our property management system (Qube) fully up-to-date, ensuring all information is accurate and organised.
Maintenance Coordinator: When something needs fixing, you’re the one to make it happen. Liaise with contractors, manage works orders, and ensure everything is done on time and to a high standard.
Health & Safety: Ensure all health & safety legislation and company policies are strictly followed, keeping our estates safe and compliant.
Financial :Help manage budgets, issue purchase orders, and assist with financial reporting to ensure costs stay under control.

The salary banding for this role is £27,000 - £30,000 p.a. depending on experience.
Encore operate a hybrid working model, this role would require you to be in the office 4 days per week.
