Job summary

Sizewell C Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for the Nuclear Island Programme in Bristol, with 2–3 days on site. The role supports engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction activities across critical contracts to ensure milestones are met.

You will work alongside experienced project managers, coordinating interfaces across stakeholders and contributing to major milestones while developing your project management career on a major infrastructure programme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in engineering, infrastructure, energy, construction or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong planning, risk management and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities within a complex project environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction activities across the Nuclear Island Programme.
• Coordinate project activities and engineering studies to achieve programme milestones and delivery objectives.
• Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams to support integrated delivery.
• Support project controls activities including reporting, KPI tracking, forecasting and progress monitoring.
• Engage with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders to identify, manage and mitigate risks and opportunities.
• Support contract management, governance and change control across assigned work packages.
• Contribute to construction readiness, logistics planning and programme integration activities to ensure successful delivery.
