Job summary

Sizewell C invites motivated students to join the Nuclear Island Project Management team in London for a 12‑month industrial placement. You will support planning, tracking and reporting activities alongside engineers and technical specialists to help deliver major engineering milestones.

Throughout the placement you will gain hands‑on experience, learn from senior professionals and develop your project management capability within a nuclear energy environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a relevant degree including project management or engineering.
• Interest in construction/technical management.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning and coordination of project activities.
• Monitor programme milestones, risks, issues and actions.
• Assist with project reporting and provide clear information for decisions.
• Work with engineers to understand requirements, dependencies and interfaces.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders across the project.
• Support meetings, workshops and project reviews.
