Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a construction, consultancy, or contractor environment.
• Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC contracts is desirable.
• Understanding of RIBA stages and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Support senior project managers across all stages of project delivery.
• Lead on defined elements of projects under supervision.
• Chair project and design meetings and issue minutes.
• Prepare and maintain project programmes and documentation.
• Coordinate information between clients, contractors, and consultant teams.
