Job summary

Brandon James Ltd is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a well-established multidisciplinary construction consultancy with a strong pipeline of infrastructure, residential and commercial projects across public and private sectors.

You will work alongside experienced Project Managers and Cost Managers, gaining exposure to projects of varying size and complexity while receiving mentoring, professional development and support towards chartership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager within a construction consultancy.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Understanding of JCT and/or NEC forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project programmes and maintain risk registers.
• Attend client and site meetings and produce progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and assist with contract administration.
• Coordinate stakeholders and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Support pre-contract and post-contract project management services.
