Job summary

Brandon James Ltd in Aldershot is seeking a Project Manager to lead major residential development and civil infrastructure schemes from feasibility through handover. You will manage programmes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and liaise with developers, consultants, and contractors to drive successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have construction consultancy experience, a strong track record in residential projects, and a professional qualification (MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB or working toward

Qualifications

• Must have prior construction consultancy experience.
• Strong track record delivering residential development projects.
• Civil infrastructure project experience is advantageous.
• Experience managing projects from early design through to construction and completion.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or working towards a relevant professional qualification.
• Good knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major residential development and civil infrastructure projects from feasibility through to handover.
• Manage programmes, consultant coordination, procurement support, contract administration, risk management, and reporting.
• Chair project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams; monitor performance and manage client expectations.
