London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of new build residential and regeneration schemes. You will manage procurement, contracts and handover, ensuring projects stay on time, within budget and to quality standards.
The role requires strong project coordination, financial awareness and the ability to build relationships with authorities, developers and consultants. Hybrid working with site visits is offered.

Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working) with occasional site visits
