L&Q Living in London Stratford is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of new build residential and regeneration schemes from procurement through to handover.
You will report to the Head of Regeneration Development or Senior Development Manager, working in a hybrid mode with occasional site visits. You’ll contribute to on-time, on-budget delivery and strong stakeholder engagement across London and the Northwest.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary:£39,685 - £43,978 (London weighted salary) dependant on experience
Grade: 7
Reporting Office: London, Stratford
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working) with occasional site visits
