Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing building and property company based in Peterborough. The company specializes in the insurance industry, providing property reinstatement and rebuild services for both commercial and residential markets.

Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary £27,500 - £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Visiting damaged properties to scope and estimate works required
• Submitting validation reports and estimates to clients via online databases
• Coordinating trades to undertake specified repairs
• Conducting site visits to inspect work quality
• Property surveying, project management, and property management
• General building, construction, property maintenance, and facilities management
• Ensuring quality control
