• Deliver key business processes with accuracy and focus on customer outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting and refining product processes.
• Support delivery of a diverse portfolio of product initiatives with senior product leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and increase efficiency.
• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and leaders.
• Understand products, customer needs, processes and regulatory requirements to inform decisions.
• Ensure store and contact centre teams have tools and guidance to help customers.
• Demonstrate accountability for risk and doing the right thing for customers and the bank.
