Responsibilities

• Lead strategic inclusion vision as Assistant Principal.
• Develop and oversee SEND provision and compliance with SEND Code of Practice.
• Drive whole-school improvement as a member of the Academy Leadership Team.
• Support teaching and learning to enhance student outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, staff and external agencies.
