Co-op is seeking an Assistant Pricing Manager to help shape pricing decisions across stores, online and festival sites. You’ll use data and market trends to provide clear recommendations that influence category pricing strategies and support commercial goals.

You’ll collaborate with buying teams, build pricing models, and lead pricing initiatives from analysis to implementation while working in a hybrid setup between home and Manchester city centre.

Formación

• Experience using data, reporting and analytical tools to generate insights and support pricing decisions.
• Experience in a pricing, finance or commercial role, understanding how pricing affects sales and profitability.
• Ability to build relationships across teams using data to influence decisions.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious, with the confidence to challenge thinking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, translating data into recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Shape category pricing strategies to deliver value for customers and commercial goals.
• Partner with buying teams to understand cost changes and make pricing recommendations.
