ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with an established independent seven-surgery practice in Bournemouth, is seeking a permanent Practice Manager. The role oversees operations, teams, and NHS contracts within a high-end, fully digital practice featuring in-house specialists and advanced equipment.

The position offers flexible hours to accommodate childcare and other commitments, in a supportive, family-friendly environment. Salary is circa £35,000, DOE, with a permanent contract.
