mydentist Newark Practice is recruiting a Practice Manager on a full-time basis. You’ll join a great team including a Head Nurse, Head Receptionist, and TCO, with a well-equipped 10-surgery facility and parking available.

The role focuses on driving performance, delivering excellent patient care, managing budgets and contracts, and supporting self-employed clinicians within a supportive, nationwide dental network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive practice performance with set objectives and deliver outstanding patient care.
• Ability to meet financial targets and manage budgets.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team within a practice.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance with objectives, patient care, financial targets and budgets.
• Lead a team of practice support staff and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulators and interpret financial data to inform commercial decisions.
