Job Overview

Flame Health Optometry are pleased to present an Assistant Practice Manager opportunity in Bath, offering £30,000–£35,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. This permanent position would suit a confident optical professional with strong relevant experience, particularly someone qualified as a dispensing optician and ready to support a large team and deliver excellent customer care. Experienced optical advisors and managers would also suit this role.

About the Job

As Assistant Practice Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of a large optical store and help ensure every customer receives the highest standard of patient experience. You will work alongside a large, knowledgeable team, using modern equipment and your optical experience to support operational performance, customer service and the continued growth of the practice.

The role carries responsibility for assisting with team leadership and maintaining the high standards expected within the store. Different working patterns may be considered, including arrangements involving weekend coverage, with fixed working days generally preferred by employees.
