E3 Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager in Beaconsfield to lead daily production operations, supervise teams, and coordinate schedules. You will manage materials, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong planning abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure safety and efficiency. Monday–Friday with rotating shifts and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Supervisor or similar (e.g., Manufacturing Supervisor, Shift Supervisor).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good IT skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proactive, hands-on approach.
