E3 Recruitment are recruiting for a Days Manager on behalf of a global chemical manufacturer based in Bradford. You will lead day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safe and efficient production, coordinating maintenance, and driving team performance across site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a COMAH environment.
• Exposure to chemical processing or reaction-based manufacturing operations.
• HND, ONC or equivalent technical qualification, or relevant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of safety, operational and production requirements within a manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Leading plant operations safely and efficiently.
• Supporting HAZOPs, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Coordinating maintenance and engineering activities.
• Managing process safety incidents and investigations.
• Ensuring production targets are achieved.
• Coaching and developing operators and production teams.
• Liaising with Maintenance, Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Driving compliance with site procedures and operational standards.
