Job summary

Durateam-Environmental is recruiting an Assistant Operations Manager to support reinstatement operations across multiple sites. You will help coordinate day-to-day activities, ensure works are delivered to safety and quality standards, and assist with overall delivery under the Operations Manager.

The role requires strong reinstatement experience, a UK driving licence, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong reinstatement experience required.
• Experience in the water industry is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites.
• Street Works Supervisor qualification preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the delivery of reinstatement works across multiple sites.

The Role:

As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day management and coordination of reinstatement operations across multiple sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

You will be involved in coordinating teams, monitoring works, dealing with permits and street works requirements, and supporting the wider Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management and coordination of reinstatement works across multiple sites
• Support site teams and supervisors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
• Monitor reinstatement quality and ensure works meet the required standards
• Manage and monitor Street Works permits
• Deal with permit overruns and ensure relevant procedures are followed
• Coordinate resources and workforce across multiple sites
• Liaise with clients, supervisors, subcontractors and other stakeholders
• Assist with resolving operational and site-based issues
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and Street Works requirements
• Provide support to the Operations Manager with the overall delivery of works
