Job summary

Durateam Environmental is recruiting an Assistant Operations Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of reinstatement works across multiple sites. You will coordinate site teams, monitor progress, and ensure works are completed to required safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong reinstatement experience is essential.
• Water industry experience is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites.
• Street Works Supervisor qualification preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and coordination of reinstatement works across multiple sites.
• Support site teams and supervisors to ensure safe and efficient works.
• Monitor reinstatement quality and standards.
• Manage Street Works permits and avoid overruns.
• Coordinate resources and workforce across sites.
• Liaise with clients, supervisors, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager for delivery of works.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and Street Works requirements.
