Blackberry House Day Nursery Group is seeking an Assistant Nursery Manager in March, United Kingdom, to lead and support daily operations of a high-quality nursery. You will deputise for the Nursery Manager, mentor staff, and ensure EYFS and safeguarding compliance.

The role requires Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ preferred) and at least 2 years of management experience in an early years setting, with strong digital skills and a proactive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• 2+ years’ management experience in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks.
• Paediatric First Aid & DSL certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Confident with digital systems and parent apps.
