Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team, create and serve drinks, and engage with guests daily. You will work with colleagues to help develop their skills, while ensuring the bar remains clean and well stocked at all times.

The role includes weekend shifts on a rotating basis and offers a salary of £14 per hour plus extensive benefits designed to reward guest-focused service and team leadership.

Qualifications

• You have bar experience and ideally some experience of supervising others.
• You are confident and guest focused and through an intuitive approach deliver exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome.
• You are an excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and are able to delegate to others effectively.
• You will ideally be familiar with booking systems such as Open Table although this is not essential as training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar, creating and serving drinks and engaging with guests on a daily basis.
• Develop colleagues' skills and knowledge.
• Keep the bar area clean and well stocked at all times.
