Seaton House, part of Valor Hospitality, is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to cover night shifts and deputise for the Night Manager. The role includes running night audit, health and safety checks, and night security walks while ensuring guest requests are handled with exceptional service.

Open 7 days a week with flexible shift patterns; opportunities for national apprenticeships and ongoing brand training are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in Front of House or Reception operations.
• Experience with night shifts is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Deputise in the absence of the Night Manager and assist in making decisions.
• Run night audit and perform nightly financial checks.
• Carry out health and safety checks and night security walks.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues during the night.
• Provide clear, detailed handovers to the incoming shift and Duty Manager.

Do you have strong background in Front of House or Reception operations but prefer working the night shift?

As Assistant Night Manager you will deputise in the absence of the Night Manager, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks, night security walks and dealing all guests requests.

Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager as are excellent customer service skills.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
