Qualifications

• Experience in Front of House or Reception handling guest requests.

• Strong communication and handover skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Run night audit and nightly administrative tasks.
• Perform health and safety checks and duty manager handovers.
• Conduct night security walks and respond to guest requests.
