Job summary

urbanest in Canary Wharf, London is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to oversee night operations for three towers, with 12-hour shifts from 8pm to 8am and a 4 days on / 4 days off rota. You may also assist across nine other London communities.

You will lead night operations, drive service excellence, coach the night team, ensure Health & Safety and GDPR compliance, handovers to day teams, and support cost-efficiency while delivering a safe, welcoming environment for residents and university

Hours: 42 hours per week. Night Concierge work 4 days on 4 days off, 12 hour shifts; 8pm - 8am. Weekends bank holidays will be required on a rota basis.

We’re looking for an Assistant Night Manager to support the smooth running of our night operations and ensure our residents receive exceptional service around the clock. This is a key leadership role that combines operational oversight, team management, and customer excellence to create a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for our residents and university partners.

As the Assistant Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations across three towers in Canary Wharf—during your shift. You may also be asked to assist within our 9 other communities across London.
