Job summary

Hush is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to ensure the right products are available at the right time across channels. You will analyse sales data, monitor stock, and collaborate with Buying, Marketing and Ecommerce to drive successful launches and promotions.

The role requires prior merchandising experience, strong organisation, and commercial awareness in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. Hybrid working options support work-life balance and career development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role (essential).
• Excellent communication across Outlook, Teams, and face-to-face.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fashion retail and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
