Assistant Marketing & Events Manager – art'otel Battersea

We're recruiting for an Assistant Marketing & Events Manager for our art’otel Battersea! A premium lifestyle hotel situated in the heart of the iconic Battersea Power Station development. The 164 keys art’otel London Battersea power station sits in the heart of this energised neighbourhood.

You'll capture content, coordinate social media channels and get involved in our art'beat programme which is an ever-evolving line up of events, workshops and activities celebrating the arts, culture, wellness, food, drink and lifestyle.

For this role you'll mainly need experience in marketing, but you'll also get to proactively establish local relationships and push new collaborations. We currently host events from yoga on the rooftop, to pottery classes, to candle making!

Tasks as an Assistant Marketing & Events Manager include:

1. Support the team with the hotels calendar of events. Develop and deliver the campaign calendar.
2. Proactively identify and coordinate new partnership opportunities including collaborations, events, enquiries, networking, databases and channels to market.
3. Assist the hotel PR & Marketing team with creating and executing yearly goals, tracking progress of those goals and presenting results.
4. Support the hotel and UK marketing team with ongoing activations, updating and auditing the hotels and restaurants standalone websites with current and up-to-date content.
5. Working with the wider Marketing Team to ensure all messaging and initiatives are in line with the Brand’s strategy and standards.
6. Providing overall support when required to the Hotels, PPHE and Regional Teams.
7. Coordinate, support and assist on photoshoots, filming and/or various other content shoots.
8. Support the Restaurant & Bars Marketing Team in executing and delivering their scheduled activity.
