Mission Mars is opening Rudy's Worcester and seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the front-of-house team, support the General Manager, and own shifts in a high-energy restaurant setting.

This role focuses on team culture, guest experience, and delivering outstanding standards. You'll manage labour and costs, mentor staff, and contribute to growth as the business expands across the UK.

Salary: £32,900 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Contract: Full time

Rudy's Worcester is coming! And we are looking for our next superstar management team to lead the way on our exciting opening! This is a big role for someone who's ready for it. As Assistant Manager at Rudy's, you'll work closely with the Senior leaders on site to drive the performance of the restaurant, from team culture and guest experience through to standards. It's fast-paced, it's hands‑on, and it's genuinely rewarding when you get it right.
