Everyman Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a vibrant team and uphold the distinctive guest experience across our venue.

You will provide visible leadership, drive service standards, manage day‑to‑day operations, and contribute to commercial performance with P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Bring passion for hospitality and team development.
• Be a confident, energetic leader with strong communication skills.
• Have a strong understanding of food, beverage, and guest experience.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Have previous experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager within a customer-focused hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the venue team to deliver consistently excellent guest service.
• Oversee all aspects of the venue’s commercial and operational performance.
• Hold full P&L accountability and use financial insight to drive revenue and achieve KPIs.
• Work closely with the Operations team to enhance service delivery and maximise business performance.
