Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team in Riding Mill. You’ll support the General Manager in daily operations, lead by example, and ensure our customers have a great time.

You will coach and develop the team, deliver outstanding experiences, and uphold brand standards while maintaining safety. Strong English communication is essential for this role.

What you’ll do as an Assistant Manager...

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
