Proper Locals - Bra_206 in Maidenhead is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the pub’s management team. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, lead by example and supervise a busy, high-energy environment to deliver memorable customer experiences.

You will support the General Manager, drive training and development, uphold brand standards, and champion safety for customers and staff during busy shifts.

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.

• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
