Base Location: London, Bristol or Manchester, with consideration for Leeds or Birmingham, plus a network of 20 offices nationwide.

  • Client advising expertise and stakeholder management skills.
  • Coaching and team development abilities.
  • Proficiency in policies, processes, and numerical data.
  • Desirable: Qualifications in psychometric assessments or change management methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proven consulting track record with core skills.
  • Interest or experience in the Defence sector, especially within Central Government, is preferred.
