Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Shift Leader.
• Ability to lead high-volume dining environments.
• Strong coaching and team development skills.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
• Brand standards and guest experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor and run shifts in GM's absence.
• Develop staff and maintain service standards during peak times.
• Monitor guest experience and coach FOH team.
• Collaborate with GM on performance and metrics.
• Ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
