Upham Inns in Southern England is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver guest experiences at a consistent high standard across all shifts. You will hold overall responsibility for food and beverage and help drive KPI performance and the ongoing financial success of the business.

You will also lead HR tasks including recruitment and staff development, manage stock controls, and oversee opening and closing operations.

Qualifikationen

• Previous supervisory experience within Hospitality.
• The Right to Work in the UK.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
