Job summary

Upham Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver a high-level guest experience and lead food and beverage operations on a daily basis. You will report to the General Manager and be involved in recruiting, developing staff, and achieving financial KPIs.

Successful candidates will have supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience within hospitality is required.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
