The Assistant Manager at The White Lion within Vintage Inns, part of Mitchells & Butlers, will support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and mentor individuals to be their best. • Proven experience in leading a hospitality team.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Able to motivate and develop team members to deliver guest excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and duty manager coverage.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and encourage repeat visits.
