Rudy's in Worcester is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic front-of-house team and partner with the General Manager to elevate guest experience and restaurant standards.

You will drive service quality, manage labour and costs, and help recruit and train staff. This role offers a clear path to Deputy or General Manager and comes with strong development and bonus opportunities.

Position: Assistant Manager

Salary: £32,900 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Contract: Full time

This is a big role for someone who's ready for it. As Assistant Manager at Rudy's, you'll work closely with the Senior leaders on site to drive the performance of the restaurant, from team culture and guest experience through to standards. It's fast-paced, it's hands-on, and it's genuinely rewarding when you get it right.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the General Manager in leading a high-performing front-of-house team
• Running shifts independently and owning the floor completely when it's yours to run
• Building and maintaining a team culture that people actually want to be part of
• Driving standards across service, guest experience, and compliance — every shift
• Managing labour, scheduling, and day-to-day cost awareness
• Identifying and developing talent within the team — spotting the next supervisor, the next manager
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with confidence and good judgement
• Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training as the team grows
