Job summary

Frasers Group seeks a full-time leader to run an Everlast Gym club, overseeing sales, service, and operations to deliver an exceptional member experience. You’ll lead on the gym floor and reception, drive KPIs, develop people, and ensure excellence across all standards.

• Proven track record leading high-performing teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience driving revenue through memberships and services.
• Strong focus on KPIs, people development, and operational consistency.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

Job description

This is a full-time leadership role, accountable for the overall performance and daily running of your club. You’ll set the tone for excellence across sales, service, and operations, driving all commercial areas while delivering an exceptional experience for every member, every visit.

As the face of Everlast Gyms, you’ll lead by example on the gym floor and reception, own high standards in every area, and inspire your team to deliver results. With a sharp eye for detail and a fearless, solutions-driven mindset, you’ll take full ownership of KPIs, people development, and operational consistency.
