Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking an inspirational gym leader to recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within Everlast Gyms' brand. You will drive commercial success across memberships, PT, and ancillary spend while creating a welcoming, premium environment for every member.

You will oversee sales and operations, uphold standards of cleanliness and safety, and embody resilience as the business scales. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential to deliver

• Level 2 Fitness Qualification (desirable).
• Strong leadership with adaptable communication and management style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team with regular feedback to maximise potential.
• Own all revenue lines: memberships, PT, and secondary spend; maximise profitability.
• Create a welcoming, premium environment that enhances member interactions.
• Oversee sales and operational processes, delivering Fundamentals/Ascend/Move initiatives.
• Maintain best-in-class cleanliness, safety, and presentation on and off shift.
• Adapt quickly to challenges and support the team through change.
• Manage policies, procedures, Health & Safety, and pool plant operations per guidelines.
