Assistant Manager (Maldon Clearance Warehouse)

Location: Maldon

Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve and we are looking for highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our Retail team.

The role is of an Assistant Manager to the Farleigh Hospice Clearance Warehouse to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, leading team members, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer concerns, maintaining store standards, assisting with scheduling and training, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will be Highly motivated, physically fit due to some lifting involved, able to work alone or as part of a team.

You will have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with previous retail experience.
