Mitchells & Butlers plc in the UK is inviting applications for an Assistant Manager at the Old Bulls Head. You will support the General Manager, lead daily operations, and mentor your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a pub or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.
• Act as Duty Manager in the manager's absence.
• Drive guest satisfaction and moments that WOW guests.
